IT Support Executive - Quess Corp Lanka Private Limited
Our Client is a leading company in the F&B operation. This position is to be based in Colombo. They are looking for IT support executive to join their team.
Responsibilities of the job
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot and resolve server software related problems.
- Manager and maintain virtual environments.
- Managing Virus guards and Virus definitions in end user PCs and able to adapt to critical situations and meet deadlines.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Supervise the day to day technical support activities.
- Possibly training more junior staff members
Key Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 3+ years' experience in a similar profile
The basic salary is LKR 50,000 per month.
