IT Support Engineer (Night-Shift) - Legacy Healthcare (Pvt) Ltd
Job Role
- Provide Network / Desktop support to onsite and remote users by following ml. or equivalent process to ensure smooth operations.
- Installation /troubleshooting of hardware and software in end user workstations and laptops
- Assist with preparation ofdocumentations and SOPs ofiTsystems and networks
Qualifications and Experieme
- HND/ BCS/ Bachelors Degree in Computerscience / information TecnnoIogy/ Networking from a recognized institute
- Excellent command of English together with Documentation / writing skills
- Experience in providing Remote/Onsite technical support for us based customers would be advantageous
- 1-2 years of experience in similar role
- Good knowledge of windows Desktop support
- Basic knowledge on windows server technologies, networking concepts and tecnnoiogies
- Exposure to cloud and virtualization technologies
- Great team player who willing to learn with "Can do attitude"
