Job Scope
This is a hands-on role that includes planning, designing, optimizing, debugging, testing, and deployment. In addition, the position will require interfacing with other internal and external technology stakeholders.
Monitor performance and manage parameters in order to provide fast responses to front-end users
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues reported to the service desk
- Maintenance of PABX and CCTV systems
- Monitor and remove virus, spyware, and other non-authorized software
- Update network applications as required
- Maintain end user backup
- Completed special project as requested
- Maintenance of all hardware and ensure that the inventory list is maintained up to date
Skills and Qualifications
- Associate's degree or diploma in computer technology or related field. Certifications such as MCP, A+ preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience with workstation support.
- A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects.
- Attention to detail along with a commitment to quality, confidentiality of work and provide exceptional client service is required.
- Ability to work on nights and weekends if needed and attend to work on short notice.
