IT Executive — Head Office Maharagama
As the IT Executive you will be responsible for in house hardware and software maintenance to ensure smooth operation of systems.
Job Role Profile
Manage the company helpdesk operation with repair and replacement of IT equipment, Install Operating Systems and Software
Maintain and manage the network equipment, IT security services including the virus protection software, firewall and remote access systems
Maintenance and control of IT hardware inventory and applications licenses
Interact with IT service providers at operational level for any connectivity and troubleshooting support required
Prepare necessary purchasing and services related documentation, support to maintain company
IT Policy and Procedures
Test and evaluate new technologies
Applicant Profile
At least 1 year proven work experience as a IT Executive
BSc in IT field or any valid Diploma qualifications will also be applicable
Experience in a system support/help desk role
Experience in Install computer operating systems and software applications
Experience with Network, Windows Server and Workstation Configuration
Highly self-motivated person under 30 years of age
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
