IT Executive - Envoy Ortus Pvt Ltd
Duties and Responsibilites
Assist with network management
Provide user level technical support for end user, computers, printers, etc
Assist with end user system update and monitoring
Assist with user management (Adding and deleting user from AD, working with email etc
Monitoring printers, copies and fax machine to make sure they are working properly and getting regular maintainance with the help vendor service
Administration, support and configuration of MS office 0365 for staff
Install software and hardware
Diagose and troubleshoot hardware or software failure
Assist with creation and documentation of IT system and networks
Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications and Attibutes
Diploma in IT or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 1 year of experinece in similar capacity
Experience in Microsoft Office 365
A customer oriented attitude and dynamic personality
