We are looking for an dynamic individual to join our team as Intern - Talent Sourcing.
What you will do?
- Liaise with Sourcing channels partners such as Recruitment Portals, freelance recruiters and social media in developing recruitment Communications and develop Application pipeline.
- Shortlisting of Candidates in line with the Job Architecture and Job Profiles.
- Conducting screening interviews and selecting suitable candidates for recruitment.
- Liaise with HR & Operations Manager and setup Selection Assessments and execute to closure of candidate signup.
- Create and maintain Tracking of Recruitment process related information to evaluate the efficiency of the Recruitment Process and for decision making.
- Plan and develop Recruitment Campaigns and communications to create potential Recruitment pipeline and maintain Organization Branding.
What we expect from you?
- Full or part qualification of Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management.
- Great relationship skills to portray the role of a Brand ambassador for the Organization.
- Exceptional communications skills and good command in English.
- Young, motivated and enthusiastic individual who is willing to learn and develop.
- Female candidates are preferred.
