About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition intern at Wiley, you will be responsible for learning, collaborating with stakeholders across the business (both local & global), and assisting the Talent Acquisition team; all the while possessing an upbeat attitude to proactively support organizational initiatives. This is a 6-month internship.
How you will make an impact:
- Assist recruitment efforts and promote Wiley opportunities to sourcing groups.
- Attend job fairs and assist during special recruiting events.
- Research and offer insights on new hires, maintain recruitment systems and databases, including development of any associated reports.
- Review job descriptions and skills, assess candidate qualifications, and offer feedback to hiring managers on recruitment related policies.
- Assist with interview scheduling as required.
What we look for:
- An undergraduate degree in Human Resources / Management from a recognized university or institute. Any technology related exposure would be a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong work ethic and is a team player.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, respond quickly, and maintain confidentiality.
