Main Responsibilities
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, Timesheets, and budgets.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions.
- Preparing project presentation materials and providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Ensuring projects adherence to the process frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Skills/ Knowledge
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Competency and awareness in MS Office, MS Project & JIRA.
- Knowledge in Project Management frameworks Such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Ability to lead and drive project activities.
- Ability to Coordinate and facilitate project operation.
- Good Understanding on Scrum and Agile practices.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science/ IT or related field
