Intern - Human Resources
The internship is aimed at undergraduates/ graduates from recognized Universities/ Institutes, in the field of Business
Administration and/ or Human Resources, who are willing to work full time for a period of 6 months to 1 year.
The Job: The ideal candidate will be given the opportunity to have hands-on experience in recruitment, training and development and other general HR related aspects. This opportunity is available in Nestlé Lanka Kurunegala Factory.
The Person: An individual with good interpersonal skills and, ideally, a professional or academic background in human resources. Should be able to learn on the job, work with tight deadlines and take responsibility for operational and administrative roles within the department.
