HR Intern - Corporate Office
Hela has set its sights on inviting youth of today, giving them opportunity to learn, build, grow and succeed in the career of Human Resources Management.
You will be an active member of the team and will be responsible for a variety of ongoing projects which require completion. These projects are intended to provide you with operational experience as well as an overview in a particular HR function.
Qualifications and Experience:
An undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institute/university.
Possess strong presentation skills (In presentation, creation and delivery)
Able to use data & analytics in problem solving to influence key business outcomes.
Self-motivated and not afraid to roll up sleeve.
Learning/ Growth mind set.
Self-starter & ability to challenge the status quo with a well thought plan.
Displays integrity & ethics in handling confidential information.
Possess and exhibit a strong and genuine interest in working with people and constantly updating yourself about current HR functions.
Preferably a male candidate based in Colombo
Age below 25.
