The Job
- Assisting with analyzing and reviewing sales performance for all Quad and Mobile products under national sales.
- Coordinate with promotion post evaluations and preparing high-level reports to the management as and when a promotion is in place.
- Maintaining all data / reports for planning purposes of business plans.
- Coordinating with Bl & other relevant departments to build required data sources, reports, automated dashboards etc.
- Maintaining two-way communication & feedback with regional teams, close-looping on identified issues/actions.
- Planning & executing actions to address identified issues / trends in performance in coordination with regional teams.
- Undertake any adhoc reports requested by the management or any business analytics required.
- Continuously review sales performance and identify performance management improvements and inform to the relevant sales team.
- Identify New systems and performance monitoring mechanisms.
The Person
- Degree in Statistics / Economics or professional qualifications in CIMA from a recognized university or institute.
- Should possess knowledge in Tableu / SPSS advanced excel.
- Possess an excellent command in both spoken and written English.
Selected candidate will be paid a monthly allowance during the training period.
