Role Profile

• Manage and oversee the work of inside sales team with the potential to exceed team goals.
• Give input on pricing strategies for current customers to enhance sales and increase profitability.
• Work in synchronization with the Marketing team to receive quality leads to pursue.
• Recommending and implementing improvements to current inside sales practices and procedures as needed.
• Work with Product and Marketing teams to collect and build necessary marketing collateral to aid sales process.
• Build a cold calling process to increase leads.
• Propose new methods to strategically improve sales.
• Prepare periodic reports based on target, actual, and forecasted sales and report to VP Sales.
• Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and buying pattern to craft and fine tune sales pitch.
• Partner with other members of the sales team to ensure that all aspects of the sales process are covered
• Identifying potential clients through networking or other methods of lead generation
• Conduct entire management activities inclusive of coaching, evaluating, training and monitoring performance.

 
Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
• Proven experience working as an Inside Sales Manager
• Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed (Hunter mentality)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• In-depth understanding of the sales process
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
