Implementation Support Officer

  • Degree in Software Engineering/ Computing/ IT/Management Information Systems
  • Minimum of one-year experience in working as an Associate Business Analyst/ Quality Assurance Engineer/ Software Engineer including problem analysis, identification and definition of scope issues in to projects.
  • Understanding and working knowledge with Business Intelligence products/tools.
  • Exposure to Business Process Modeling (BPM).
