As an IAM Engineer, you will apply your Cybersecurity experience in the Identity and Access Management Space to support, analyze, design, and implement various IAM solutions such as AzureAD, Active Directory, Saviynt, CyberArk, etc.
Candidate should have experience/knowledge:
- Expertise in developing and deploying Identity and Privileged Access Management (IAM/PAM) solutions
- Expertise understandings of AAA Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting principles
- Expertise in Active Directory and/or LDAP management, AzureAD, SSO across multiple domains, 2FA, IGA tools.
- Expertise in and/or experience with PAM tools such as CyberArk
- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience
- Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve processes
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
- Works independently receive minimal guidance
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
How you will make an impact:
- Design, implement and support identity and access management solutions
- Produce architecture diagrams and blueprints to support implementation activities
- Support user lifecycle management (onboarding, transfers, and terminations)
- Documented solutions to ensure the process is SOX compliant and follows best practices.
- Technical implementation, design, development, and admin of interfaces and single sign-on/2FA/MFA, role-based access control integrations between the IAM and systems.
- Support IAM tech
- Migrate legacy environment(s) to new platforms/services per best practices
- Eliminate dependency on legacy platforms such as PERL scripts and other unsupported tools.
- Analyzes technical requirements, participate in designs, and assists with Integration of Identity Governance platforms, Privileged Access management platforms, and Identity Orchestration platforms.
- Support Wiley’s Identity Governance and Administration Program.
- CyberArk deployment/support
- Support and implement Wiley’s PAM solution
We are looking for people who have:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 1+ Years IT Industry experience
- SOX, general IT controls, general IT Audit concepts
- IAM platforms- such as Saviynt, Active Directory, AzureAD, AWS and Azure IAM, Workday, or other Identity and Access management solutions
- Required Languages: PERL, Java, Python
- Self-motivated and Independent
- 1-3 Years of hands-on technical/implementation and support experience
- CISA, CISM, or CISSP Certification a plus
Desirable:
- Big4 accounting experience a plus
