Applicant should possess:
3+ years’ experience as an HR Generalist with good knowledge on HR Operations.
Graduated or professional qualifications in Human Resource Management / Management.
An understanding of complex and multiple terms and conditions.
Up to date knowledge of labour laws and employment legislation.
Experience of Recruitment, selection, onboarding and off boarding.
Excellent understanding of data analysis and interpretation.
Fluent business English language skills.
High degree of independence and self-initiative.
Good time management skills and work prioritization.
