Human Resources Executive — Employee Relations
The Role
• Participate in setting up systems for resolving employee queries and grievances on all aspects of HR
• Engage in organizing programs and preparation of agenda in order to build a strong relationship between the company and the employees
• Act as first contact point in terms of all plant employee matters
• Identify areas of concern that may result in low productivity/ high absenteeism and turnover of plant employees' and minimize adverse effect on production performance
• Keep the smooth relations with all plant employees, unions, welfare society
• Conduct disciplinary inquiries and recommend suitable action to ER manager for worker level to ensure necessary steps are taken to maintain / follow company procedures
Profile
• Degree in HRM/ PQHRM or equivalent professional qualifications
• 03 Years experience in employee relations area
• Experience in Manufacturing industry would be added advantage
• Age below 40
• Excellent Communication and listening skills
• Excellent team player with out going personality
• Proficiency in MS office with excellent presenting skills
