Camso is seeking candidate for Human Resources Executive position.

The Challenge

Support to implement the organization’s human resource strategy and carry out responsibilities in all of the HR related activities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support to implement and adapt human resource-related process initiated by corporate Human Resources
  • Assist to the variety of human resource-related programmes and activities to ensure that the organisation's current and future human resource requirements are met. These programmes may include: recruitment; training and development; employee relations; benefits; performance evaluation; employee wellness; human resources administration; disciplinary management; human resource information systems; relevant support for HR related budgets; In Plant Trainees Administration; relevant transport activities.
  • Support with functional or operational area managers for the implementation & execution of business strategies. (TLBO etc..)
  • Involve for company employee communication.
  • Support fairness of all the activities and programmes related to human resources and maintain industrial peace and harmony.
  • Prepare Audit requirements both internal & external such as LRQA, NCP & CEA etc.
  • Prepare HR related analytical reports & attend for relevant HR administrative tasks.
  • Prepare all administrative requirements for Technical Qualification building programme (National Vocational Qualification) for Camso Loadstar

 

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s  Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Management or equivalent .  
  • 2  to 5 years of relevant experience.   
  • Excellent  communication skills in both  English & Sinhala .
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.    
  • Ability to align and execute marketing strategies.
  • Able to work well with diverse work force.
