Human Resources Assistant
We seek a self-motivated, result-oriented individual who meets the following criteria to join the Human Resources team of our Kaduwela Plant.
Requirements
• Passed in G.C.E.(A/L)
• Computer Literacy (MS Office)
• Prior experience will be an added advantage.
Job Role
• The candidate is responsible to complete the work in the specified deadline
• Protect the confidentiality of information
• Maintain employee personnel files and documentation
•Managing payroll
• Managing other RR matters effectively
