Manage monthly recruitments, selections and vacancy gaps as per the annual recruitment plan.
Supervise the monthly HR administration functions such as;
Company attendance leaves and overlook annual leave plans
Facility and administrative training and orientation plans
Employee engagement activities and monthly programs
Managing the statutiry and legal requirement
EPF/ETF registrations
Qualifications and Skills Required
Age Range up to 25 - 35
Prefarably female
Excellent written Communication Skills
Excellent in English is compulsory
Educational Qualifications in HR is an added advantage
Expreienced in developing the HR Department or 2-4 years experience in HR is an advantage
