HR OFFICER – HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT
Ideal candidates should;
- possess experience in Human Resources Management preferably in a Bank / Financial Institution, including exposure to recruitments.
- have good interpersonal & communication skills.
- be well computer literate specifically in MS word and excel office packages.
- exposure to the legal framework pertaining to employment contracts will be a definite advantage.
- a part qualification in Human Resource Management would be an added advantage.
