HR Manager - Requirements
- A professional Qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Proven working experience of 10 years in a similar scale FMCG Company (with not less than 300 employees).
- Hands-on experience in conducting disciplinary action of Employee's misconducts.
- Experience in managing labor disputes and grievances
- Experience of presenting at the labor tribunal
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience in managing the staff / Labor recruitment.
- Hand on experience of Preparing Salaries, Wages and Commission by using computer software and ability of maintained relevant information such as attendance, overtime and incentives etc.
- Computer literacy in both English and Sinhala.
Important
We are looking for a male / female candidate with a matching profile to above requirements.
Candidates willing to join on a ID-year contract will be given priority.
Candidates willing to join on a long term contract (5-years or above) will be given priority with additional facilities and allowances.
