HR EXECUTIVE
Job duties and Responsibilities
- Establish & maintain relationships with the operations team
- Ability to handle labor related matters
- Assist the development of policies, procedures and practices pertaining to HR functions
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the similar capacity in handling Payroll, Human
- Resource and Administration
- Production/manufacturing related knowledge is a must
- Sufficientknowledge in MS Office
- Good knowledge in English
- Previous experience in handling grievances
- Knowledge in IR
- Living proximity to Dankotuwa would be an added advantage
