Job Role
The job role involves management of the attendance system for the assigned construction projects, preparation of overtime calculations, updating the HRIS system, maintaining the In-plant Trainee details & payments and assisting the Payroll Executive in other related matters
Requirements
Full or Part qualification in HR or Business Management from a reputed institute or university
Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines
Strong communication & documentation skills
Team working & multi-tasking
