Job Responsibilities :
- Liaising with Plant Managers directly regarding all HR endeavors
- Promoting a positive and open work environment where employees feél comfortable to speaking up about issues
- Implementing and Analyzing datato create deity, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
- Fulfilling labour cadre ifthere -ny labour shortage and understanding and adhering to all pertinent labour laws
- Reviewing appraisal and discussing progression plans with employees
Candidate Profile:
- Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management or any other relevant qualifications from the recognized universty
- Having working experience in similar capacity would be an added advantage
- Minimum of 02 credit passes for English and Mathematics at GCE Ordinary Level Examination and 02 passes in Commerce stream at GCE Advanced Level Examination
- A sound knowledge on MS Packageand effective communication skills
- A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
