HR Executive
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall recruitment & selection process of all levels of employees
- Handle onboarding process of all new employees
- Analyse monthly manpower plan and fulfill the manpower requirement
- Set up Key Performance Indicators of employees in the SBU
- Identify training needs of each levels of employees and coordinate them with training facilities and resources
- Responsible for employees attendance / payroll and other admin functions of the SBU
Requirements
- A Possess a degree in Human Resource Management or full Professional Qualification in HRM (CIPM)
- A Minimum 2 years experience as an Executive in a manufacturing environment
- A Previous experience in handling Training and Development function in an organization, would be an added advantage
- Knowledge in employee relation and industrial relation
- A Age below 35 years
