HR Executive
A HR executive is a key member of the HR department, often playing an instrumental role in many HR functions. Your role is to act as the liaison between HR managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries.
You will support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents with the best HR practices. Additionally, you should be able to work autonomously and assist in posting job ads, coordinating interviews and contacting candidates.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department is organized and operates to attract, hire and retain our employees.
Requirements:
GCE O/L and GCE A/L Passed
Diploma / Degree or 3-4 years of work experience in a similar role
Strong communication skills
