HR ASSISTANT (CITY OFFICE, COLOMBO)
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD:
- Be a team playerwitn strong customer service skills
- Be able to provide operational support in a highly confidential, rast-paced and dynamic environment
- possess excellent interpersonalskills with ability to produce liigli quality and accurate correspondence and documents
- Be Fluent in Sinhala/English
- Possess strpng IT skills with ability to use spreadsheets, datalaases and digital HR tools and platforms
- Possess related HR oualirications from a reputed university/institution
YOUR ROLE INCLUDES:
- Attending to a broad range of HR and administrative functions
- Preparation, maintenance and updating or files/records within the department in a timely manner for eriettive management decision making
- Supporting multiple activities ofthe department by liaising eirectively with a wide variety or intemal/external customers, including Heads of Divisions
- Supporting to drive HR Functional excellence and process improvement initiatives across the company
