To be responsible of driving the end-to-end hiring process for all positions in Allianz insurance lanka ltd and Allianz Life Insurance Lanka Ltd. And be in charge of identifying, attracting, selecting and pre-on boarding suitable candidates into open positions via both active and passive ways of sourcing for talent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full life cycle recruitment process for all positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, skills, knowledge and abilities necessary for each open requisition and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Proactively explore new, creative and unique ways of sourcing candidates by means of the internet, social media and other online capabilities.
- Head hunting for all open positions using direct sourcing methods. Promoting internal mobility and referrals.
- Create offer packages based on predefined pay bands by Rewards & Performance, and consult with R & P necessary.
- Guide candidates and hiring managers through the hiring and on boarding process.

- Monitor recruitments metrics (in success factors or other enabling IT. E.g. Google Analytics and develop actions plans to improve metrics.)
- Proactively explore new, creative and unique ways of sourcing candidates by means of the internet, social media and other online capabilities.
- Regularly follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans, candidate profiles, and market-specific needs.
- Working closely with HRBP's and candidates at offer stage
- Bridge management and employee relations by grievance of other issues
- Support to nature a positive working environment.
- Lead employee brand activities
- Support branch network in HR issues and other grievances
- Support the induction activities as a facilitator for HR

KEY REQUIREMENTS - 6-10 years corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including deep knowledge of active sourcing techniques and full life cycle recruiting
- Experience with an International Organisation
- Strategic and business knowledge combined with customer orientation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise and collaborate with senior business/Functional Heads
- Experience in negotiation, advising and influencing
- Proven track record of developing, assessing, attracting and hiring top talent
- Structured work approach and ability to prioritize multiple searches, projects and client relationships and work independently.
- Ability to sell Allianz as an employer of choice in line with our EVP
- Excellent in English skills, additional languages are a plus
- Experience in Financial Services a plus
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter A/c.
