HEAD – PREMIER/PINNACLE PROPOSITION
The candidate should ideally;
- possess at least 15 years of banking experience with at least 06 years in managerial capacity.
- possess in depth exposure to sales and customer service.
- possess a strong business drive and demonstrated ability to deliver results.
- possess excellent networking and communication skills.
- possess excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
- possess a degree or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank.
You will be responsible and accountable for formulating and facilitating the implementation of strategies that would contribute to the market share, profitability and related objectives pertaining to Premier / Pinnacle proposition and Centre.
