Job Role
- Develop and implement sales plans and forecast to achieve corporate objectives and selling solutions for ICT products
- Achieve sale targets, profitability, and market share in relation to present standards, industry and economy treads • Establishing and maintaining relationships with industry influences and key strategic partners • Ability to think deeply and quantitatively about business problems, breaking down problems, apply innovative solutions for business problems and presenting solutions with pros and cons; Championing innovation to improve business performance
- Team up with technical team to build up solution for customers including presentations
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influences and key strategic partners
- Assisting sales team with maintaining relationships, negotiations and closing deals
- The Person
- Degree or professional qualification in SLIM/CIM or equivalent
- Proven track record with minimum 7 years of experience with 3 years in the Managerial position Candidates from integrated IT solutions backgrounds and experience in handling large customers, with a solutions mindset are encouraged to apply
- Possesses excellent negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
- Should be a team player
- Communicate fluently in English/Sinhala languages
- Age below 40
