JOB ROLE
- Own and manage all Growth operations in Daraz.
- Improve user experience on platform and drive product findability to improve conversion funnel.
- Work on and identify projects that drive growth in key KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Regional team to align on projects related to growth.
- Work on developing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for tech solutions that can drive key Growth KPIs.
- Drive data driven decisions about how to optimize our growth projects.
- Share performance management reports to highlight achievements, limitations, and focus of the department.
- Work closely with the Product, Strategy & planning, CRM, Merchandisers, Marketing and Data Science teams to improve recommendations and relevance on the platform.
- Manage subsidy budgets on a Traffic operations level to ensure that key KPIs run rate is on track to meet monthly targets.
- Support operations during the campaign in terms of planning the engagement mechanics, analysis and campaign optimization
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Completed Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree from a top reputed University.
- Having 2 - 3 years of experience in consultancy/ Growth marketing/ Strategic roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Creative, hardworking, methodical, and very structured with a pro-active attitude and
- mindset.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools (especially Excel) and Google Applications.
- Strong business acumen with strong critical thinking and data driven.
- Highly motivated and able to demonstrate strong academic and professional experience.
- Knowledge in SQL will be an added advantage.
- Experience in E-commerce industry will be added advantage.
