Requirements

• Should be a critical thinker who is solutions driven
• Must have an understanding of the real estate market and be willing to learn
• Should pay attention to detail
• Good communication skills both in verbal and written English is a prerequisite
• Prioritizing, Multi-tasking and good Time management skills along with the ability to meet deadlines would be mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications is required
• Should be thorough with the use of illustrator, Adobe , Photoshop and Lightroom software
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design and photo editing is essential
• Experience in UI/UX design and video editing is a must
• Should demonstrate good interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in managing a team would be an added advantage

 
Responsibilities

• Conceptualizing and designing artwork and marketing material for use on print mediums, online and outdoor.
• Design artworks for the corporate brand based on the brand guidelines
• Editing and finalizing artwork used on property PDFs, proposals and reports
• Ensure the brand is in keeping with brand guidelines on all platforms (Social Media, Youtube, Website, Adverts and material sent to clients)
