What will your job role look like?

• Lead program/project proposals’ development process and lead the development of the grant management system.
• Be the main point of contact on grants with donor field offices.
• Review grant documents and advise the management on donor compliance, policies, and procedures.
• Be instrumental in developing strategic partnerships and conduct regular coordination meetings with donor field offices and report progress.
• Develop performance objectives for each staff member and evaluate them on a semi-annual basis.
• Develop professional development plans for direct reports and build an effective team approach ensuring direct reports are working together effectively.
• Hold regular team meetings with direct reports for planning purposes, information sharing and problem solving.
• Contribute to the overall management and operations of the Foundation.
• Ensure compliance with the defined governance framework, including upholding the MAS DNA, following group/company policy procedures, best practices and relevant laws & regulations.

 
 
Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified degree holder in a similar capacity.
• At least 3-5 years of proven track record of raising and managing significant funding from a range of institutional donors such as USAID, DFID, ECHO, and others through partnerships or directly.
