Scope
The General Manager - Marketing is responsible for directing efforts of the Brandix Apparel Solutions Casualwear SBU towards achievement of the LRP strategy and implementation of initiatives to drive growth and profitability. Identifying risks, managing and developing risk mitigation plans, and governance of the risk management framework are part of the assigned responsibilities. Additionally, the role holder will manage strategic relationships with customers, act as an advisor to the SBU Marketing teams, and execute responsibilities in relation to the Brandix Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop Marketing strategies to align SBU LRPs with Corporate and Customer LRPs
- Monitor and ensure achievement of profitability objectives for the SBU/CBU and individual Customers and Categories
- Manage strategic relationships with key Customers for achievement of the CRI goals and for business development and expansion
- Liaise with SBU/Corporate teams to manage and mitigate risks in achieving the CBU/SBU Marketing objectives
- Provide advice and guidance to the SBU Marketing team
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration/General Management/Marketing or CIM with 15+ years of relevant experience in the Marketing/Merchandising function
- Minimum 6 - 8+ years of experience in leading and managing large Customer/s, with P&L responsibility for the business/account
