Eureka Technology Partners is a global Remote IT Support Company. Our business is structured around five service offerings - Help Desk, Data Centre, Information Security, Network Monitoring and Disaster Recovery.
We are looking for a young person with a pleasing personality and a flexible attitude to handle the Front Office and the telephone system. Excellent coordination skills and ability to multi-task, file and maintain documentation in an organised manner and perform general administration duties satisfactorily.
Responsibilities:
- Courteously handle calls and assist walk-in customers and visitors
- Handle general administration duties such as leave and attendance and incoming mail
- Scheduling interviews and exams
- Record payments received from customers whilst adhering to standard procedures, on a timely basis.
Requirements:
- GCE A/Level
- Good communication skills and fluency in English/Sinhala
- Computer literacy
- A minimum of one year’s experience will be an advantage
- Salary negotiable
