We are hiring a Finance Manager to join our team at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.
The Role
The Finance Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, managing and controlling activities and resources associated with accounting and related financial operations of a hotel and for the implementation of adequate controls to protect the organizations’ assets in conformance with relevant regulatory requirements. Directs the timely development of hotel annual financial plan and capital budget, also plays the role of strategic finance business leader to the hotel.
Essential Requirements
University graduate major in Financial Management or Accounting related course.
Proven relevant experience of a similar capacity in a luxury hotel.
To assist the Financial Controller of the hotel in financial operations.
Analytical ability and able to translate into effective financial strategies.
Excellent communication and social skills.
Inspirational leader and team player.
Result oriented, passionately driving financial targets.
Meticulous, has high attention to details.
Proficient in both oral and written English .
