Finance Manager
We are a Australian owned garment factory located in Biyagama Zone . Due to our expansion we are looking for a dynamic,smart and self motivated individual to join us as a Finance Manager.
Key Requirements :
- The chosen candidate will be responsible for the financial reporting and financial strategies of the business.
- He/She will provide information and advice to the CEO and General Manager to help them to make sound business decisions for the company.
- The Finance Manager will monitor day to day finance operations including invoicing, payments, statutory obligations, taxation matters, insurance etc.
- He/She will present financial reports to the executive team, establish and maintain financial policies and procedures in the Company.
The chosen candidate will have a strong operational finance focus, and be active in tracking and reducing costs within the company.
Job requirements:
- 5 years experience in garment industry in similar role
- Degree/diploma in accounting, business or economics.
- proven track record in lowering factory CPM.
- strong operational finance focus.
- Remuneration negotiable, based on skills and experience.
