Finance Executive
Qualifications and experience
Patially qualified accountant from a recognized accounting body (ICA)
Minimum two years of post qualifying experience in a manufacturing company in a Executive Level
A Degree from a recognized University specialized in Finance/Accounting will be an added advantage
Excellent analytical and organizing skills with the ability to evaluate and review work Of the team
A highly self-motivated professional
Good IT skills and exposure in a sophisticated ERP environment
Superior communication/ negotiation and presentation skills
Should be able to work under pressure independently prioritizing work among multiple tasks under minimum supervision
Key Responsibilities
Should be capable of preparing financial statements, financial reviews and ad-hoc reports to management
Should be conversant in management accounting aspects such as budgeting, monitoring variances against budgets, performance reviews, product costing, pricing, profitability analysis etc.
To handle functions Of the finance department. (AP, AR, GL etc.)
Computation Of relevant taxes, compiling Of returns and liaising with IRD
To monitor and implement (where necessary) internal controls to ensure smooth functioning of processes
