Job Profile
Liaise with finance insutinaon and ensure sufficient funds are available at all times and engage in proper cash management
Validate and process payments
Processing of CAPEX documentation and obtaining relevant approvals
Carryout annual fixed asset counts
Handling company insurance matters and follow up with insurance brokers on claims
Ensure the payments are processed within the stipulated time period and in accordance with the company procedures
Maintaining proper documentations relating to VAT and other statutory payments
Personal Profile
Part qualification in CIMA/ACCA/CA
Entry level knowledge of finance principles
Fluent in oral and written english
Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of SAP wil be an added advantage
Experience in recognized audit firm will be an added advantage
