Job Description
- Seller claims upload file creation and reviewing.
- Assist in posting entries to ERP.
- Producing expense schedules.
- Raising manual invoices to retainers.
- Maintain Invoice tracker.
- Preparing retail payments and maintain payment register.
- Documentation – invoice filing.
- Assisting the CFM for seller payment process.
Requirements
- Following a Bachelor’s Degree or Part qualification in CIMA /ACCA / CA.
- Proficiency in MS Office Packages (MS Excel is a must) and Google Applications.
- Communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Previous experience of 1 year in the field of Finance / Accounting is an added advantage.
- Ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and work under minimal supervision.
- Go-getter with the ability to complete challenges entrusted with integrity, under tight deadlines.
- Should have good analytical skills, statistical skills, problem-solving skills and time management skills.
