Factory Engineer
You will be primarily responsible for;
•Maintaing positive employee relations to ensure the achievement of maintenance and Engineering KPIs
•Providing strong leadership to get maximum output from the team.
•Showing a positive attitude and willingness to accept and overcome challenges.
•Maintaing a fair and genuine relationship, coordination and cooperation with suppliers.
•Planning and execution of new investment projects.
The successful applicant should possess the following pre-requisites
• BSc. Engineering in Mechanical with 5 years' experience.
• Experience in maintenance work in Food/Beverage Manufacturing industry would be an added advantage.
• Excellent Communication Skills and Computer Literacy.
• Should be below 40 years.
