THE CHALLENGE
The selected candidate will be responsible for Coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders to verify the cargo onboard to the customers.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with shipping lines and freight forwarders on board shipments and update the ERP system.
Follow up Bill of lading scanned copies as per on board date, check & forward to Shared service centre daily.
Check transport invoices with agreed rates/statutory charges & handover to Finance
Plan, prepare and execute pre shipment documents
Provide BL details to update Interco/ month end cut-off reports.
Candidate Profile
Specialized Diploma in Logistic Management or equivalent discipline from a recognized institute.
Minimum 1-year relevant experience with sounds track record.
Sound knowledge on Computer Literacy (Microsoft Packages).
Excellent communication skills in both English & Sinhala.
