All suitable applicants are invited to submit an application for a vacancy of  Executive, Learning and Talent Management at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG).
 
Key responsibilities

  • Organize and deliver end to end training initiatives with the engagement of the leadership and HR to meet the Training Needs Analysis.
  • Maintain the L&D database, L&D Budget and other reports accurately & in a timely manner to provide data for the business and relevant Dashboards. Highlight any anomalies or gaps that would need management attention and decision making.
  • Organize the Company Induction and onboarding requirements on a timely basis as per given design and process. Look for continuous improvement opportunities for a great new comer experience.
  • Support the Assistant Manager to complete the Training Needs Analysis process by preparing the necessary reports, templates and setting up meetings with necessary Head of Departments.
  • Ensure all L&D related payments are done accurately & within timelines. Maintain documentation as necessary.
  • Support the Assistant Manager – Talent to deliver talent pipeline related training as per Personal Development Plans and organizational targets.
  • Provide any regular L&D reports and data as necessary as well as on an ad hoc basic when requested by the business and management.
  • Work with GSS HR to ensure the L&D processes and policies are adhered to when supporting employee queries and other administrative arrangements.
  • Facilitate and administer Study Support related activities for BSL in line with the policy.
  • Organize L&D/talent related events such as awards ceremonies, launch events etc. to support a learning culture in the organization.

 
Candidate profile / Key skills

  • 2 years’ experience in Learning and Development in a multinational or large organization. Bachelor’s Degree in organisational development or any related social sciences field.
  • Vendor management experience would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels.
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills, internally and externally.
  • Highly organised, able to manage several projects concurrently.
  • Strong attention to detail with an innovative mindset.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales.
