Executive (IT Help Desk and Admin) - Hemas Holdings PLC
You will be responsible for handling help desk system by assigning help desk requests to suitable support agent/s and to provide efficient and timely support to all stakeholders for smooth functioning of IT operations. Further, you will also provide administrative support to IT and Digital projects .
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Knowledge on IT Hardware.
- Strong oral and written and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge in MS office
- Eagerness to learn, adopt new technologies and innovate..
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
- Strong team orientation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma in IT
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1 year of experience
