IT - Executive [Narammala- Kurunegala Cluster]
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications;
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
- Replacing parts as required;
- Supporting the rollout of new applications;
- Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
- Working continuously on a task until completion (or referring to third parties, if appropriate);
- Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time;
- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with Central IT & MIS
- Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
- Maintain PABX/IVR operations.
- Maintenance CCTV Operations
- Maintain All IT Department License/ Maintenance Document
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in IT or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- Microsoft certifications
- Knowledge in Linux operating systems
- Knowledge in virtualization is added advantage.
- Work experience of minimum 3 years in the relevant field.
- Ability to work long hours, weekends when necessary
