Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration, Psychology, Sociology or in a field related to business/Human Resources
1-2 years of work experience in a related job role
Good communication (oral and written) and inter-personal skills
Ability to use and adapt to technology and related tools
Ability to work with different levels of stakeholders both internal and external
Ability to work in close collaboration with own team as well as extended teams
Strong customer orientation (internal and external)
