HR Executive - JKH Transportation Sector (Sedawatta Distribution Center)
Job profile:
The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting the Distribution Center Manager to ensure smooth functioning of the HR operation while functionally reporting to Assistant Manager- HR at the Center. The prime job responsibility includes;
• Selecting people with relevant competencies
• Managing staff attrition
• Proper implementation and follow up HR processes and cascading the HR processes to all levels
• Employee engagement
• Maintaining industrial peace
• Staff quarters/ staff welfare facilities
• SAP/ Time attendance system
• HR reporting
• HR administration
Personal Profile :
• Degree from a recognized University or equivalent HR qualification.
• Basic knowledge in labor law and necessary statutory compliance
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in HR
• Should sound knowledge on MS office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
