Executive — General Maintenance
Responsibilities
1. Attend planned preventlve maintenance activities while preparing and maintaining repair records records and history cards.
2. Ensure all building related repairs and maintainance activities are carried out on time.
3. Liase with contractors to provide services attend repairs and special project to ensure on time completion.
4. Implement cost saving initiative with the guidance of the department head.
5. Supervise and coordinate the technical team to achieve performance targets.
Requirments
1. Dlploma holder (NDT/HNDE/NDES or equivalent) or NVQ level 4 or above qualifications
2. At least 2 years experience in similar capacity
3. Good planning and organlzallon skllls
4. Good people management skllls
5. Wllllng to work on extended hours when required.
