EXECUTIVE - FINANCE
Job Duties & Responsibilities;
- Prepare monthly information schedules for company financial statements
- Prepare reconciliations relating to Financial Accounts (GL / Trial Balance / Balance Sheet)
- Assist in the process of conducting annual audit and preparation of Annual Report
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for the Top Management
- Analyze budgetary variances and prepare reports on industry analysis and ratio analysis
- Coordinate with banks and other stakeholders in arranging fund requirements for investment back office functions
- Prepare bank reconciliations using systems
- Assist in payment process and fixed asset verification process
- Active participation in system development and implementation process
- Attend to additional responsibilities assigned by the management
Qualifications I Pre-requisites IRequirements for the position;
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Commerce/Management from a UGC approved university
- Part qualification (Intermediate & above level) in Chartered Accountancy/ClMA/CMA will be preferred
- Minimum of 01 year experience in the Finance sector (Audit/Non-Audit) preferably in insurance industry
- Sound knowledge in Advanced MS Excel and MS Office packages
- Knowledge in SAP Module will be a definite advantage
- Effective communication skills
- Motivated, proactive team player with sound analytical skills
- Age below 28 years
