Executive- Business Development (Construction Market)
Our client is well-established across shipping, marine and logistics and is a brand synonymous with the Shipping industry of Sri Lanka and they are looking for a dynamic, innovative, hardworking, self-driven, result oriented individual, with a pleasing personality and work experience to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting end users and create demand for 3M solutions by specifying 3M
- Providing Basic Technical support by sampling, Training, demonstrations with Key accounts/Fabricators
- Achieving sales plans for given categories
- Sales Analysis, Forecasting, developing strategies for penetration/ account development and handling product inquiries and complaints and achieving assigned targets (annual & quarterly)
- Support and advice on business planning, NP I's, Pricing surveys, channel identification/ development and promotional activities. Closely working with 3M India on tech support
- Demand creation to 3M products by liaising with architects, consultants, fabricators and relevant authorities.
Requirements:
- A degree/ Professional Qualification in Marketing (Partial qualifications are also accepted)
- NVQ/ ND T or any relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering
- Prior experience in Technical selling/ demonstrating would be an added advantage
